Getting started
Visit our website and click the "Open an account" button. You'll complete a secure registration form with your personal information, verify your identity, and answer a few questions about your investment experience and financial situation. The entire process takes less than ten minutes. Once registered, you'll receive immediate access to your personalized investor dashboard.
Most accounts are opened and receiving assets within two to three weeks of signing. Transfers from an existing custodian typically take five to ten business days once initiated, and we coordinate that process for you.
Once your account is funded, you'll see our available investment packages in your dashboard.
Fees & costs
No. We publish a single fee schedule by tier and apply it consistently — it's part of how we avoid the incentive conflicts that come with case-by-case discounting. The tier itself already reflects account size.
No performance fees on any managed portfolio tier. Our private credit vehicles carry a separate fee structure disclosed in the fund documents, available on request for accredited investors.
Custodial and trading costs are passed through at cost from our third-party custodian and are typically a fraction of a basis point annually. We do not mark these up.
Investing with us
Between 20 and 35 individual positions for most managed accounts. We believe deep familiarity with fewer holdings serves clients better than broad ownership of names the team can't genuinely track.
Yes. Reasonable restrictions — excluding a former employer's stock, specific sectors, or concentrated positions you already hold elsewhere — are accommodated as part of your investment policy statement.
A named portfolio manager and a client advisor are assigned to every account at the Stewardship tier and above. Foundation-tier accounts are managed by our core investment team collectively, with a single advisor as your point of contact.
Assets are held at an independent, SIPC-insured third-party custodian — Ledgerstone never takes custody of client assets directly. You can view your holdings through the custodian at any time, independent of our reporting.
